Blending Seminar and Family Dinner

Join us for a very special, hands-on wine blending experience followed by a festive family-style dinner. Amphora winemaker Rick Hutchinson will lead a blending seminar where you will learn to conduct a "bench trial" and formulate a blend of Rhône varietals (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre). Each group will then create what they think is the best blend and Rick will judge the final offerings to declare a winner! After the hard work of blending, relax with your colleagues and enjoy a South of France-inspired dinner served family-style (al fresco, weather permitting!) and accompanied by Amphora wines.
