Kelsey is a Sonoma County local serving as the Emergency Response Coordinator for the City of Healdsburg. She has six years of experience as an Emergency Manager in the Air Force where she was involved with various emergencies such as aircraft crashes, suspicious packages, and natural disasters. Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Disaster and Emergency Management.
