Join Bricoleur Vineyards, California’s newest winery and hospitality retreat, and their Sous Chef, Evan Castro, also known as "Country,” for their gourmet virtual cooking series called “Cooking With Country!” The interactive cooking class will be held on November 8th, November 15th, November 22nd, and December 6th at 4:30 p.m. PST via Zoom. Country will demonstrate how to create delicious, seasonal meals to cook at home that pair with Bricoleur’s award-winning wine portfolio. Each class will feature a different menu with dishes such as clam chowder, butternut squash and sage linguine. The ingredient list, equipment needed, and the Zoom link will be listed on BricoleurVineyards.com prior to each event.
