Meet, watch, and talk to Minnie Phan, illustrator, cartoonist, and all around busy bee located in Oakland, CA. Phan graduated from the California College of the Arts in Illustration and enjoys making colorful pictures with whimsy. She focuses on themes of cultural heritage, diversity, personal stories, and the invisible things that shape who we are.
