Comstock Wines is hosting SUSHIMOTOS for a special Valentine's Day Sushi class!
We invite you to learn the basics of rolling fresh sushi with this chef-led interactive class, in which we prepare the main sushi course together. Chef will demo step by step how to create unique sushi with fresh hight quality seasonal fish and local produce. After a demonstration, it's your turn to roll up your sleeves and show off your cheffing talent. Learn how to make Miso Soup (Dashi Stock), make proper sushi rice and three types of Sushi Rolls. Enjoy what you make and drink Comstock wines!
Chef Ed Metcalf has been a chef and restauranteur for the last 27 years. He specialized in sushi under the training of Japanese and Hawaiian chefs.
