Job Description
Our team works together to provide a great customer experience while conducting safe and efficient aviation operations. This position is hospitality and part logistics management. Job responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, performing concierge services, taking reservations, communicating accurate aircraft service orders, anticipating aircraft arrivals/departures and necessary services, invoicing and scheduling, airport security and safety, and cleaning and organizing of customer areas. Candidates must be able to provide A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout your daily duties in a fast paced environment.

  • Exceptional COMMUNICATION and CUSTOMER SERVICE skills are essential
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and rapidly changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs of customers and co-workers
  • Exercise good judgment and decision making
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work as a team, in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of aviation is helpful (or you will learn on the job!)
  • Knowledge of area attractions, restaurants and wineries is a plus.
Sonoma Jet Center is open 365 days/year from 6am-9pm. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and other requests as needed. Opening shifts are 6am-1:30pm and closing shifts are 1:30pm-9:00pm.

Position Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED. You must be 18 years of age or older and currently hold a valid driver's license in good standing. All employees must pass and continue on a mandated random controlled substance testing program.
