Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•         Develop, implement, and report on direct marketing activities in coordinated campaigns spanning print, digital, and social media channels
•         Maintain and present annual marketing budget
•         Manage customer life cycle campaigns: birthdays, trip anniversaries, and personalized offers
•         Manage and provide updates to leadership team on contracted marketing agency activities
•         Supervise and coordinate the production or implementation of marketing materials and adhere to deadlines and budget
•         Plan, promote, and implement off-site customer events and multi-media presentations
•         Oversee product life-cycle management with trip development team, from trip launch to promotion to guest follow-up activities
•         Supervise the purchase, design, and placement of media advertisements in local and national publications
•         Conduct interviews with returning guests to capture feedback and testimonials
•         Oversee Livingstone Club past traveler program benefits and referral program
•         Research, write and maintain content for company in compliance with brand standards
•         Produce content for email blasts
•         Implement project management system for documenting and tracking activities.
•         May attend trade shows, company sponsored promotions and events
•         Conduct competitive research
•         Execute and analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns
•         Represent Bushtracks in marketing role with Adventure Collection
Preferred Education and Experience: 
•         Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in Marketing or Advertising
•         Two (2) or more years of experience in marketing in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
•         Experience with print marketing preferred.  Technical marketing skills including CRM and database experience relevant product and industry knowledge experience with relevant software applications, including but not limited to: blog publishing platforms, project management, Excel, and Google analytics
•         Excellent MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar products
