Will it build goodwill and better friendships? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned? Community SERVICE: Improve the quality of life in their community. Involves assistance to the youth, the aged and others who look to Rotary as a source of hope for a better life. HEALDSBURG: Assist educational programs and opportunities, cultural facilities and health services. Meetings are held Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
