Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in
managing and growing NewTree Ranch. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Ranch operates
smoothly, with a particular focus on hospitality, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can create and implement efficient systems, manage projects from start to finish, and assist the CEO in all aspects of the Ranch's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO in daily operations.
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments with clients, partners, and vendors.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special events, marketing campaigns, and guest
experiences.
Create and implement systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Track and manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

Hospitality Management:
Work closely with the CEO to maintain the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Assist in coordinating guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests.
Support the CEO in managing relationships with partners and vendors in the hospitality industry.

Marketing and Sales:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote NewTree Ranch.
Manage social media accounts, website updates, and digital marketing efforts.
Support the CEO in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and partnerships.

Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure the Ranch runs smoothly.
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to create and implement efficient systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Passion for sustainability, wellness, and luxury hospitality is a plus.
