Are you a creative storyteller with a love for food and community? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing
Coordinator, where you’ll have the opportunity to promote two beloved Healdsburg culinary experiences:
Quail & Condor Bakery and Troubadour Bread & Bistro.

At Quail & Condor, we specialize in artisan bread, pastries, and a curated beverage program, all while
prioritizing local, organic ingredients. The bakery was recognized by The New York Times as one of the
top bakeries in the U.S. and is a 2025 James Beard Awards semi-finalist for Outstanding Bakery. At
Troubadour, we transform from a rad daytime sandwich shop into an intimate French-inspired Bistro by
night, offering a seasonal, locally sourced tasting menu.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness and engagement for both
properties. You’ll manage our social media platforms, create compelling content, and collaborate with our
team to execute creative marketing campaigns that showcase our passion for high-quality ingredients,
sustainable practices, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft engaging social media posts, email marketing, and blog content that highlight
the unique offerings at both Quail & Condor and Troubadour Bread & Bistro.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate promotions for community events, classes, and special dinners that reflect
our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and culinary excellence.
- Campaign Management: Develop marketing campaigns that promote our seasonal menus, new
products, and partnerships with local farmers and artisans.
- Community Engagement: Foster connections with our local community through outreach efforts and
strategic partnerships, enhancing brand loyalty.
- Cross-Promotion: Support collaborative marketing efforts between Quail & Condor and Troubadour,
ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive brand identity across both properties.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize the brand assets and document library including
photography, videography, press releases, brand guidelines, logos, etc.

About You:
- Passion for originality, food, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience in social media management.
- Creativity and a collaborative mindset to help bring our brands’ stories to life.
- Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Develops marketing SOPs to maximize efficiencies.
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends for onsite/offsite event or photoshoot support, as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with food and beverage, travel and tourism
industry preferred
- Familiarity with content management systems such as Wordpress and/or Drupal
- Working knowledge of mainstream social media platforms, ideally including native advertising
platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, and email service providers such as
Mailchimp
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
