Role Description The Retail Sales Coordinator is a part-time role based in Healdsburg, CA, with some flexibility to work from home for administrative and coordination tasks. On-site, this role supports the showroom floor by greeting customers, answering product inquiries, assisting with selections, and facilitating sales transactions. The coordinator helps maintain visual merchandising standards, uses Shopify for inventory management and ai model photos entry. Follow the boutique checklist and take pride in ownership. Details matter. Remote tasks may involve updating product information, simple Canva creation, responding to customer emails, and social media content planning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Retail experience, including assisting customers on the sales floor and supporting daily store operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with the ability to meet goals, recommend products, and close transactions in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, focusing on creating positive experiences, resolving issues, and capturing basic customer contact information for email campaigns.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both in person and in writing, for customer interactions and internal coordination.
- Additional qualifications include basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, spreadsheets), strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in boutique or specialty retail environments and familiarity with Healdsburg’s local clientele or tourism market are a plus.
- This intention of any retail team member is to promote to Store Manager after 90 day review.
