To ensure the freshness of our menu items, our sashimi, nigiri, and omakase is only available Thursday-Saturday
(and Sunday by happy accident).
Our fish company has a limited delivery schedule.
Most of our specialty fish is flown in fresh from Japan.
In order to maintain the quality our guests have become accustomed to, we only serve our full fish menu when our deliveries allow.
Our rolls and kitchen items are available
Sundays, Tuesdays & Wednesday made with fish more readily avaiable from other companies.
