SEPPI Sparkling Wines

The hallmark of SEPPI Wines is California terroir. SEPPI is one of a few small-scale boutique wineries in northern California producing a Blanc de Blancs and a Brut Rosé from fruit grown in heritage vineyards using the labor-intensive “Me´thode Traditionnelle,” perfected in Champagne. SEPPI released its first vintage, 2017, in 2020. SEPPI Craft Wines are high-touch by design: while most large sparkling wine houses blend between years, all SEPPI wines are vintage-dated. Accordingly, each bottle of SEPPI represents a unique snapshot of the time and place in which it was produced.
