Do you want a mortgage lender that goes beyond its basic services and etiquette?

The answer is, “Of course you do,” and Guild Mortgage in Healdsburg is here to help with its efficient, communicative and personal service with a small town feel that’s sure to make you feel relaxed and confident when it comes to loans.

Guild Mortgage has been around since 1960 and since then has been offering FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo fixed loans and more.

However, what sets Guild apart, is a personal, small town, friendly feel — the same friendly vibes you would get from a close-knit community such as Healdsburg.

Guild likes to call this their “high tech, high touch culture.”

“Guild always does right by the clients and employees and so when we say we have a high tech and high touch culture, we have the ability to build a very successful technology platform that identifies with millenials and seniors,” says Suzanne Martindale, Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer for Healdsburg Guild Mortgage.

“It also means we are very much involved with our clients and employees — we keep in touch and communicate a lot and it is the key to our success,”

The lender — the corporate headquarters is here in California in San Diego — has also been named one of the top 10 mortgage bankers.

During its growth and success it has still been able to keep this wonderfully refreshing and helpful blend of technology and service.

“I’ve been on board since 2008 and I can say our culture then and our culture now has been the same,” Martindale said.
Guild Mortgage Company’s punctuality and high skill set has also given them the honor of being awarded the JD Power, #1 highest ranked customer service satisfaction as well as an “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau.

What also sets them apart from other local lenders, is their diverse product offering. The business offers government, traditional and conventional and down payment assistance loans.

“There is really not a time when I don’t have a product. Occasionally it happens, but that is where relationships comes in, and we are able to partner with other local businesses,”Martindale said.

Martindale also pointed out that they are a direct mortgage lender, servicing most of the loans originated. Clients can come in, ask questions and know that Guild will be there for them.

Guild also is at the forefront of women in business — most of the top leaders and executives in the company are women.

Mary Ann McGarry, a Certified Public Accountant, is at the helm of Guild as the president and chief executive officer.

The Healdsburg office is also led by women, with Martindale as the Branch Manager, Lindsay Cox as Operations Team Lead, and Hally Swan and Angelica Chesley as Loan Officers, and Alicia Burns as a Loan Officer Assistant.

Martindale earned a spot for 2016 and 2017 in the top 1 percent of all U.S. loan originators.

Need more reasons to bring your business to Guild?

Martindale said people should choose Guild because, “We have the ability to connect with everyone personally, we don’t get wrapped up in tech having all of our communication be over email — we encourage both our business partners and clients to come into the office if they’d like. Being face to face is what we love the most.”
