HEALDSBURG CHORUS SETS 2023 SPRING CONCERTS

March 07, 2023
The Healdsburg Chorus, a community choral institution for over 35 years, has announced its two spring concerts in April. On Saturday, April 15, at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 16, at 3:00 p.m., the chorus will present “How Can I Keep From Singing?” at Raven Performing Arts Theater, 115 North St., Healdsburg. Tickets are $20 and performance information is available at www.healdsburgchorus.com/concerts-tickets/ or via email hbgchorus@gmail.com.

“We know that the Healdsburg Chorus can’t keep from singing, and we’re excited to show the community why!” says Music Director David Martin. “It’s a great way to welcome the spring season and the beauty around us as the rains end and our gardens bloom. We welcome it – and the Sonoma County community with song!”

The concert repertoire includes: It’s A Grand Night For Singing, If Music Be the Food of Love, Nelly Bly, Call of the Flowers, Loch Lomond, Son de Camaguey, Fascinating Rhythm, Hallelujah, Jamaican Marketplace, Make A Wish Medley, and How Can I Keep From Singing?

The Healdsburg Chorus is comprised of community, and non-professional singers, and welcomes new members each season. Rehearsals for the winter holiday concert will begin in late August and are held every Monday night from 6:30 to 8:30p.
