Join Will Seppi, President and CEO of Costeaux French Bakery and Karah Williams, head pastry chef, for an afternoon exploring Pâte à Choux, a classic light pastry dough. The dough made simply of butter, water, flour and eggs is versatile for savory and sweet applications. Attendees will be hosted at the venerable Costeaux French Bakery & Cafe in downtown Healdsburg and have a hands-on experience. Price includes apron, recipes and champagne reception following the class.
