Name: JORDAN 50TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Date: June 3, 2022 - June 4, 2022
Event Description:

Gather with us in Denver to celebrate a milestone in the Mile High City—the place where Jordan Winery was born—as part of Jordan’s Social Impact Summer, a series of uplifting events hosted during Jordan Winery’s 50th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of the John Jordan Foundation. Throughout the star-studded weekend, guests will sip on new releases and coveted library vintages of Jordan wines, feast on fabulous food from top chefs, and open their hearts to the children of Denver, with proceeds benefiting the vital health, wellness and environmental sustainability programs of local nonprofit, Clayton Early Learning. The best part: 100 percent of the proceeds from all ticket sales will go to CEL, courtesy of the John Jordan Foundation.

The anniversary weekend will include two epicurean events hosted over two days at the picturesque Governor’s Residence gardens in Denver: the festive reception-style Big Bottle Party and a decadent multi-course dinner and auction, Gather in the Garden.

Friday’s Big Bottle Party kickoff features food pairings by Chef-Owner Tom Coohill of Coohills, Chef-Owner Troy Guard of Guard & Grace, Chef Ryan Rau of Urban Farmer and Chef Norbert Hiller from E5 Events & Epicurean Catering, as well as a line-up of stellar Jordan vintages, including new release wines, magnums, 3-liter, 6-liter and 18-liter bottles, and live entertainment. The evening culminates with a parade of Jordan bottles by the Big Bottle Squad, special guests and local celebrities who are teaming up to support this wonderful cause with a showstopping reveal of the biggest and rarest bottles before their grand uncorking.

Gather in the Garden, an alfresco wine pairing dinner, will feature the inventive cuisine of three Top Chef alums—Carrie Baird, Chef-Partner at Culinary Creative; Justin Sutherland, Chef-Owner of Handsome Hog and Host of Fast Foodies; and Brother Luck, Chef-Owner of Four by Brother Luck. Other highlights of the decadent evening include celebrity guests as sommeliers, live music, dancing, a mini live auction and more. Menus, celebrated vintages, entertainment and special guests will be announced when tickets go on sale.
