Name: Moshin Salon: Reading Between the Vines
Date: February 17, 2019
Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM PST
Event Description:
Writing Between the Vines has once again chosen three deserving writers for residential retreats at Moshin Vineyards! Please join us in our tasting room for our second Reading Between the Vines salon on Sunday, March 31 from 5:30 to 7pm. For $10 per person, enjoy an intimate evening of light snacks and wine (a complimentary tasting will be poured, with wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle) paired with stories from one of our three Writing Between the Vines residents: Adam McHugh is a writer and speaker, as well as a Certified Specialist of Wine and sommelier. He is the author of two books, The Listening Life: Embracing Attentiveness in a World of Distraction, and Introverts in Church: Finding Our Place in an Introverted Culture. A former chaplain and grief counselor in hospice, he now leads wine tours in California's Santa Ynez Valley. He is currently writing a memoir about his transition from hospice to wine, which will be released in 2020. Note that there will be one more Reading Between the Vines salon, on Sunday, April 28 from 5:30 to 7pm, also for $10 per person.
