MAKE YOUR OWN BORDEAUX BLEND!
Join Carter Lindstrom-Dake, co-owner, of Thumbprint Cellars for an exclusive, educational, and interactive Wine Blending MASTERCLASS.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a splash of 2022 Arousal, our flagship white wine blend. After settling in, all attendees will have the opportunity to taste through and talk about the selected blending wines with Carter, discussing topics ranging from notes and subtle flavor profiles to the blending process as a whole.
Once you've finished tasting with Carter, the group will be given guidance and instructions on how to construct a classic 3-wine Bordeaux-style blend. Now it's time to blend, sample, and repeat until you've perfected your blended masterpiece!
