In the vineyard learn the history of Cappella and our Mazzoni Clone Zinfandel. $80 The second experience will take you into our Cappella Vineyard where Mark will describe what a field blend is and what makes it so special. He will give you an in-depth lesson on the vines that make up the Cappella block and how each varietal influences the final result. Of these vines our Mazzoni Clone Zinfandel is prominent. During this experience as you move through the vineyard you will be tasting our 2019 Cappella, 2019 Zinfandel and 2019 Reserve Zinfandel each paired with carefully curated appetizers by Chef Jamil Peden.
