At Zialena we pride ourselves on our closed-loop process to winemaking and farming as well as his two different styles of fermentation techniques, one in concrete and one in barrel. This experience will be seated with a side-by-side comparison of our 2019 Heritage Cabernet, 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
