In the cellar indulge in our Cabernet portfolio through an immersive tasting experience. $100 In our final winemaker experience Mark is excited to take you in our barrel room and talk all things cabernet sauvignon. At Zialena we pride ourselves on our closed-loop process to winemaking and farming as well as his two different styles of fermentation techniques, one in concrete and one in barrel. This experience will be seated with a side-by-side comparison of our 2019 Heritage Cabernet, 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Each wine will have an expertly paired hors d’oeuvre by chef Jamil Peden.
